Oakland Venue Management is an Oakland based project management, venue operations and event design company. Simply put OVM can coordinate all aspects of your project or production including general project management and production management of sound, staging, lighting, tables, chairs, décor, staffing and waste/recycling management. OVM has identified talented individuals and skilled companies throughout the Bay Area that work as collaborators and partners with our OVM team to bring you the best possible results for your project. OVM is a one stop shop for all of your project needs. OVM has specific experience and expertise in each aspect of venue operations and event design and OVM will have an expert in the field available to you.

Design, Planning and Programming Services
OVM will work directly with project architects, consultants, contractors, and other vendors to achieve an aesthetically pleasing and operationally efficient event, project or facility. We will identify concerns and issues regarding the facility’s program and its design and construction. OVM will perform all the necessary tasks for the successful execution of each contracted project.
